Refund & Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur cancellation charges.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our grooming and veterinary services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical issue.
• Payment for a service that could not be provided.
• Exceptional cases approved by Pet Majesty management.

3. Grooming Services

Our certified groomers always prioritize your pet's comfort, health, and safety. Grooming results may vary depending on your pet's coat condition and temperament.

Refunds cannot be provided based on personal grooming preferences after the service has been completed.

4. Veterinary Services

Consultation fees, vaccinations, diagnostics, medicines, and treatment charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.

6. Product Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened grooming products, medicines, supplements, and pet care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Changes to Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability. We recommend informing us as early as possible to secure your preferred appointment time.
